About Us

Our Lady of Victory Catholic Elementary School serves a diverse population of Catholic students in Fort Erie. Students from old Bridgeburg Station, new subdivisions in the central part of town, and along the Niagara Parkway attend Our Lady of Victory. The school is named for Mary, who is sometimes known as Our Lady of Victory.

Our Lady of Victory Junior school opened in 1956 as new neighbourhoods were built in the community. Its reputation for excellence in Catholic education was so strong that a second school was needed. Eight years later, Our Lady of Victory Senior school opened in 1964. Students from the two schools were brought together under one roof in 2011, next door to St. Michael Roman Catholic Church.

The reputation for excellence in Catholic education continues nearly seven decades later since the first school opened. Today, more than 275 students in kindergarten through Grade 8 learn and grow together in faith at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Elementary School, Home of the Wolves (future Lakeshore Catholic Gators).

Our Lady of Victory is part of the Lakeshore Catholic High School family of schools and the Saint Michael parish community.
